He stated he wan-i,ed to sell lots from his land along this road. itc was reminded that when Mr. Quickstrom and Mr. Sundeen put in this roa~_ they aske~;, the Carters to put in 33 feet for this road so it would not have t~, be so close to the river but they would not do this and consequent_.} this road is too close to the river and needed too much f[l!.l a},.d will continue to be a maintenance problem for this reason.
