Then Mr. Tooker went through the zoning book a~d explained it es he went along. He said there would be a change in Sec.~ 6.1], [~rd paragraph; also on page 20, item "A". Mr. Elton Cox asked ~ f he wanted to request a change how would he go about j.t as his 1;:nd falls into c-1 and a-1. Mr. Tooker said the Planning and Zoning Commission would have another meeting and he could come to thai: meeting to have this adjusted or at a later date he could ask to have the zoning changed. Craig ,~';'il[i. ie, a repr(sentative of Mro Menkveld, asked about the r-2 zone on Ramsey B}vd. tie wanted to know if the c-1 zone could be used for stoma, ge (f boats, etc. He said a commitment to this effect had. already- b~::e~ made. Mr. Tooker said if this com~nitment had already been given then it would stay. In the future all such things will be taken i:~bo account. Ed. Klemi~;h asked ab(ut the green areas whether they would be pur- chased by the Township or do they have to be given to the Township by the owners. ]if il 'is private land can they put up a fence or do whatever they wis~ with it. Page 14 Sec. 6.14: Planned Ur~it ]~evelopment - none of this until we have muni- cipal sewer and ~,ate}'. Page 4, conditional uses - put definition for publi(~, sewer in ~,he definitions. Page 16, Sec. 3, height limits permitb~}d in the sur}~ounding district relates to P. U. D. If you exceed 35 feet Mou m~sI~ have additional set back. Define this in some othe~~ way° Pag~ 19 ~- 6.11 under screening, sound screening hasn't been provided for. Trees can provide some sound screening.
