P~'esent were Mr. Russell, Mr. Wurm, Mr. Sorte- <br />berg, Mr. Springer~ ~ir. Anderson, Mrs. Guy, and the Planner, Mr. <br />Tooker~ Mro Pittman ~i Mr. Barstow. <br /> <br />Mr. Too!~e~" opened th~ meeting by explaining the new zoning map <br />to those ~resent. H~: also explained the sketch map made for the <br />incorporation hearin[ . Then Mr. Tooker went through the zoning <br />book a~d explained it es he went along. He said there would be <br />a change in Sec.~ 6.1], [~rd paragraph; also on page 20, item "A". <br /> <br />Mr. Elton Cox asked ~ f he wanted to request a change how would he <br />go about j.t as his 1;:nd falls into c-1 and a-1. Mr. Tooker said <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission would have another meeting and <br />he could come to thai: meeting to have this adjusted or at a later <br />date he could ask to have the zoning changed. <br /> <br />Craig ,~';'il[i. ie, a repr(sentative of Mro Menkveld, asked about the <br />r-2 zone on Ramsey B}vd. tie wanted to know if the c-1 zone could <br />be used for stoma, ge (f boats, etc. He said a commitment to this <br />effect had. already- b~::e~ made. Mr. Tooker said if this com~nitment <br />had already been given then it would stay. In the future all such <br />things will be taken i:~bo account. <br /> <br />Ed. Klemi~;h asked ab(ut the green areas whether they would be pur- <br />chased by the Township or do they have to be given to the Township <br />by the owners. ]if il 'is private land can they put up a fence or <br />do whatever they wis~ with it. If you <br />exceed 35 feet Mou m~sI~ have additional set back. Define this in <br />some othe~~ way° Pag~ 19 ~- 6.11 under screening, sound screening <br />hasn't been provided for.
