' . - - '-': .'- -' ' <br /> <br />Floyd Bailey, Auctioneer, appeared before the-zoning'committee in re~ard <br />to purchasing a tract of land and us~ug it for a pole type building .": - -:--' <br />in which to hold auctions. Most if not all the land ~u question.. <br />is zoned commercial now. <br /> <br />Bill Crouley, operator of Armstrongs Game Farm requested permision <br />to have a mobile home on the proprty for about slx months as a plac~ <br />for a couple to live Lu ~aile they worked° _. <br />He was informed -by the zoning committee that it was-against the <br />zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Dick Barstow reported on the Napier property about one Lot ~.~ich is <br />only 94 feet wide and was plotted after the 100 foot frontage law <br />was passed so it would be illegal to build on° <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:00 p. m. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted <br />plarming and Zoning Committee <br /> <br /> <br />
