R~G.ULAR i.~ET~2~G CF THE R$2.~E~ TO~]SH,~_P P.LAN~G AND -~O£~..u COmmITTEE <br /> July 7, 1969 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Clyde P~assell, Chairmmn. <br />Also present were Wino Spriuger, Alex Springer, Ronald Skipton, Allen Sorteberg, <br />Bill Pittman and Richard Barstow,building inspector. ~--'i'. <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Ekberg and Mr. George Walquist appeared before the. Zoning Commission to' <br />petition for rezoning Parcels of land in: Section 35, To~.naship 32, Range 25 t~at <br />portion of government Lot 2 kno~au as Kings Island, excluding parcel 5120 (Eugene ' . <br />H. Kohner), also included is Lot 31, Auditors Subdivision NOo 96 and also Lot 9, <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 28. <br /> <br />The Zoning Board received this request very favorably and requests tb~t a public <br />hearing be held as soon as possible on rezoning the above described land Indmstrial. <br /> <br />A motion by Clyde Russell and Seconded by Alex Springer that a change be made in <br />'the zoning law by rppealing 7-23 and replace with the following: A mobile home <br />or house trailer may be temporarily placed on a parcel of land by the land owner <br />while building a home for a period not to exceed ninty (90) days providing the <br />following conditions are met; <br />1- A permit be obtained from the Build~ug Inspector. <br />2- An approved well and septic be installed. <br />3- A Three Hundred Dollar Bond. or money placed in escrow. <br />This motion was passed unanimous]4y. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:oo P.M. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br /> <br />
