REGULAR MEETING OF THE R~MSEY TOV~.~SHIP ZONING CO~ITTEE ~L~RCH 5, 1969 The meeting was called to order at 8p.m. by Clyde Russell, Chairman. In attendence were A1 Springer, Wm. Springer, Clyde Russell, Leonard Lewis, Dick Barstow and Milt Weicholt. Mr. & Mrs. Loren Westman brought a variance of the code to Lot B of Dunham addition,· to build house 55 ft. from front, instead of 40 & 5ft. from side instead of 10 ft., due to a variance in Lot A where Contractor, Chet A~derson,- built house partly on wrong Lot. A1 Springer made motion to accept this~¥ariance and Clyde Russell seconded the motion. Motion was carried. Clyde Russell proposed a snov~obile ordinance, which he wanted us to adopt. Clyde Russell made a motion to accept the above motion & Wm Springer seconded the motion. Motion carried° A motion was made by Clyd~ Russell, to get the board to get new members, to replace those, whose terms, have expired. A1 Springer seconde~ the motion. Motion carried. Recommendation to keep Milton Weicholt on,for another year on planning & Zonning Committee. Dick Barstow said many complaints are coming to himabout E. V. Builders]. not cleaning up the building site, not finishing their work, leaving various forms of a mess, etc. so wants some action taken, to rectify this situation. Clyde Russell recommended not to issue permits until specifications comply. Dick Barstow, the Building Inspectd~, recommended that nailing blocks be used and only applied where using wood walls in basements, carting the beams. Dick ~arstow wanted to get a Special Use Permit for a Auto Salvage yard, and wanted our approval° Clyde Russell made a motion to accept his proposal, and A1 Springer seconded motion. Motion carried. As this is a Special Use permit, this motion will have to be broughb to the Board, for approval. Motion to adjourn byA1 Springer, seconded by Clyde RusSell. MotiOn carried.
