REGULAR mETING OF THE RA2~SEY TOWNSHIP ZONING COB~dITTEE <br /> <br />April 1, 1968 <br /> <br /> -Meeting was called to order at 8:30 Dm. <br /> Present were: Leonard Lewis, Gary Gotham, Clyde Russell, <br /> Alex Springer, Bill Springer, Ralph Dickenson, Rol~md <br /> Skipton, and Milton Weichelt. ~- <br /> <br />~/'Discussion was opened on the issuing o£.a permit for a trailer court. The law was found that the Planning and <br /> Zoning Co~m~ttee made an Ordinance on June 7, 1957 prohibiting <br /> any new trailer parks, but forsome reason this ordinance <br /> is not in the Planning and Zoning Code. <br /> <br />~. Weichelt made a motion that the ordinance passed on <br />June 7, 1957 that no further trailer parks be allowed in <br />Ramsey Township be entered in the zoning book. <br />Seconded by Clyde Russell. ~otion carried~ <br /> <br />A discussion then followed on the proposed new ~railer park. <br />Y~. Ralph Elefson brought many facts and fig~res along to <br />help.in arriving at a decision. <br /> <br />Roland Skiptonmade a motion we $~ble this until the near <br />future and a further study be made on trailer parkS, and the <br />township la~yer be contacted. <br />Seconded by Gary Gotham. ~otion carried. <br /> <br />A ~etition was brought to the Planning and Zoning Com~ttee <br />on an open pit on lamd owned by Vernon No6n on Highway ~7 <br />used as a dump b~~ people near-by and by paSsers-by, It <br />was asked that the dump be filled in immediately by-Vernon <br />Noon. <br /> <br />Garry Gotham made a motion that a letter h~...~drawn up' by the <br />secretary and sent t'o..~ernon Noon g~ ,vz~g~.,hmm:!,:30;~?~days to. <br />fill the pit or the /20wnship wilt fill it and bili him. <br />Seconded by Leo~rd Lewis, Motion c~ried. <br /> <br />The discussion was opened~ on public-private roads. The <br />co~ttee decided that all public-Private roads be made <br />to the following specificationS: ~ ~ " <br /> <br /> lo 66 ft. minim~ right of way. <br /> 2. 24 ft. top with 8 ft. sho~ders and"-i~:-ft, snow <br /> plowing space. - <br /> 3. maxim~ 6% grade ~ ~': . . .. <br /> w~th 50 .ft top e~cept f'or ..~pecial <br /> use permit by Pluming and Zoning <br /> 4.
