REGULAR mETING OF THE RA2~SEY TOWNSHIP ZONING COB~dITTEE April 1, 1968 -Meeting was called to order at 8:30 Dm. Present were: Leonard Lewis, Gary Gotham, Clyde Russell, Alex Springer, Bill Springer, Ralph Dickenson, Rol~md Skipton, and Milton Weichelt. ~- ~/'Discussion was opened on the issuing o£.a permit for a trailer court. The law was found that the Planning and Zoning Co~m~ttee made an Ordinance on June 7, 1957 prohibiting any new trailer parks, but forsome reason this ordinance is not in the Planning and Zoning Code. ~. Weichelt made a motion that the ordinance passed on June 7, 1957 that no further trailer parks be allowed in Ramsey Township be entered in the zoning book. Seconded by Clyde Russell. ~otion carried~ A discussion then followed on the proposed new ~railer park. Y~. Ralph Elefson brought many facts and fig~res along to help.in arriving at a decision. Roland Skiptonmade a motion we $~ble this until the near future and a further study be made on trailer parkS, and the township la~yer be contacted. Seconded by Gary Gotham. ~otion carried. A ~etition was brought to the Planning and Zoning Com~ttee on an open pit on lamd owned by Vernon No6n on Highway ~7 used as a dump b~~ people near-by and by paSsers-by, It was asked that the dump be filled in immediately by-Vernon Noon. Seconded by Leo~rd Lewis, Motion c~ried. The discussion was opened~ on public-private roads.
