Nereson, City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Adgenda Review 3-16-78 <br /> <br />DATE: March 16, 1978 <br /> <br />ITEM NO. i PINEVIEW ESTATES PRELIMINARY PLAT. The developer and <br />surveyor will be in attendance with a revised preliminary plat based <br />on discussion of said plat at the March 13, 1978 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 2 DONALD NIEMAN HOME OCCUPATION. Attached, please find <br />proposed sketch plans for the addition to an existing home occupation <br />at 15532 Nowthen Blvd. Also enclosed please find original letter of <br />application and authorization for home occupation. The Planning <br />Commission's action will be to consider the request and if it is <br />thought to proceed a public hearing under the conditional use section <br />of the Ramsey City Code will be required. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 3 GROSSLEIN BEVERAGE VARIANCE. Attached please find a copy <br />of a letter from Mr. Grosslein's attorney regarding the request. <br />General discussion and necessary action will be considered. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 4 SCANDINAVIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. Attached please find <br />copy of sketch plan reviewed by the City Engineer. The Planning <br />Commission action will be to review the sketch plan and indicate to <br />the developer whether to proceed. Note the sketch plan contains pro- <br />posed park dedication which should be referred to the Park and <br />Recreation Commission for their consideration. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 5 HOME OCCUPATION ORDINANCE REVIEW. Attached please find <br />copies of information received on zoning ordinance variations of home. <br />occupation treatment.
