PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning & Zoning COmmission was held on <br />March 3, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:55 P.M. with the <br />following persons in attendance: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Ben Deemer <br />Harry Ellis <br /> <br />Kathy Schneider <br />Lloyd Schnelle <br />Arlene Stafford <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />February 4, 1980, Public Hearing, Re: Meadowbrook Estates. Postponed action <br /> on minutes. <br />February 4, 1980, Regular Planning & Zoning Meeting. Correction of the time <br /> for the meeting called to order to 7:48. <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer seconded by Kathy Schneider to approve the minutes of <br />the regular planning and zoning commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 3-1 (Harry Ellis abstained) <br /> <br />February 20, 1980, P & Z Workshop Meeting <br /> <br />Motion by Harry Ellis seconded by Kathy Schneider to approve the minutes of <br />P&Z Workshop on February 20, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 4-0 <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Item No. 1 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BEAUTY SHOP~ REQUEST FORAPPROVAL: <br /> <br />CASE OF DIANE SCHAEFBAUER <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson stated that the Commission has held a public hearing <br />regarding this request earlier this evening. The consensus of discussion <br />is a list of the following items: <br /> <br />1. No on-street parking <br />2. The driveway shall have a turn around, which need not be black- <br /> top, but a material such as Class V or crushed lime <br />3.
