CALL TO ORDER ITEM NO. i 6:30 Inderieden On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License application. ITEM NO. 2 7:00 Board of Adjustment meeting and public hearing con- cerning Inderieden variance from Section 170.014K Subdivision 5 of the City Zoning Code. ITEM NO. 3 7:15 Board of Adjustment meeting and public hearing con- cerning David Schmedke variance from Section 170.014K Subdivision 5 of the City Zoning Code. ITEM NO. 4 7:25 Board of Adjustment formal action on above two appli- cations. Finding of fact pumsuant to Section 170.018E of Zoning Code are necessary before granting either of above two variances. The Board of Adjustment $90 fee has not been paid by either of above. Attached is our notices of public hearing on these items and a list of those notified in writing. ITEM NO. 5 7:30 City Council. public hearing on various blacktop projects. ITEM NO. 6 9:00 City Counci% special meeting 1) Action on Inderieden and Super Bowl, Ina. Intoxi- cating Liquor License application. $4,000 annual fee will be prorated such that the time fixed for computation is 90 days after approval of license or upon occupation date of building whichever is sooner. (Assuming the building is ready by October 1, the fee wou~d be $3,000 (3/4 x $4,000) 2) Action on various blacktop improvement projects (order feasibility study and schedule formal Chapter 429 public hearing) If feasibility reports can be done the earliest the public hearing can be set for is July 24. 3) Discussion of C.E.D.'s June 30 letter concerning landfill monitoring wells. 4) Met Council April 1, 1978 population estimate (See attached letter) ADJOURNMENT
