The City of Ramsey will <br />be implementing a new online billing and self -pay service that will offer more convenient options <br />when paying your utility bills. With the improved bill pay service, customers can receive and view <br />bills electronically and make payments online, by phone, or by text with a credit/debit card or <br />eCheck. Annually, <br />the Mayor of Ramsey provides a State of the City presentation to Ramsey residents, property <br />owners, and businesses during a regular City Council Meeting. The purpose of this presentation is <br />to provide a recap of City operations, updates, and achievements from the past year, as well as a <br />look ahead at what is to come in the new year. Recreation Program Intern Tillery <br />Bailey attended a presentation at the Dodge Nature Center with nationally renowned speaker <br />Richard Louv, author of Last Child in the Woods and Vitamin N: The Essential Guide to a Nature - <br />Rich Life, and founder of the term `Nature Deficient Disorder'. Louv documented the importance <br />of outdoor play and contact with nature in the positive, cognitive and emotional development in <br />young people.
