Commissioner Van Scoy introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-01-014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO LOT DEPTH, <br />NET DENSITY, AND SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR VISTAS AT NORTH <br />COMMONS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS Lifestyle Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a variance to lot depth, net density, and sidewalk <br />requirements for development of the property legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 5, 2017, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted Findings of Fact #0977 relating to the request for a variance on the Subject <br />Property. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0977, a variance to lot depth, net density, and sidewalk <br />requirements, is hereby granted for the Subject Property per the Preliminary Plat prepared <br />by Westwood Professional Services dated December 20, 2016. <br />2. No construction of any buildingshall commence without the issuance of a building permit. <br />3. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />4. That this variance shall become null and void if not initiated by January 5, 2018 and <br />initiation shall be considered recording of the Final Plat of Vistas at North Commons. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Brauer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Bauer <br />Commissioner Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Brauer <br />Commissioner Anderson <br />Commissioner Nosan <br />Commissioner Surma <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
