PLANNING $ ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning & Zoning Commission was held on <br />August 4, 1980 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15155 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. with the <br />following in attendance: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Ron West <br />Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />Harry Ellis <br />Benjamin Deemer <br />Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: Clayton Berg, Bldg. Of <br /> Pete Raatikka, City En <br /> Lloyd Schnelle, City A <br /> <br />Members Absent: Art Dunn <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Ben Deemer requested that Item #2, "Pondvale Estates - Preliminary Plat Approval", <br />under "Planning Commission Business" be moved to Item #6 and the "Zoning <br />Enforcement" be added as Item #7 under same. <br /> <br />Kathy Schneider requested that she be given time under "Miscellaneous Input" <br />and that it be added as Item #8 under "Planning Commission Business". <br /> <br />The commission accepted the Agenda withthe additions and corrections. <br /> <br />'APPROVAL OF PLANNING & ZONING MINUTES <br /> <br />1) July 7, 1980, Public Hearing Minut es .' for Conditional'Use Permit for John Janson <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer and seconded by Gerald Zimmerman to approve the minutes <br />as read. Motion carried 4-0. Kathy Schneider and Ron West abstained. <br /> <br />2) July 7, 1980, Public Hearing Minutes for Conditional Use Permit for Bonnie Abel <br /> <br />Motion by Gerald Zimmerman and seconded by Ben Deemer to approve the minutes <br />as read. Motion carried 4-0. Kathy Schneider & Ron West abstained. <br /> <br />3) Motion by Ben Deemer and seconded by Harry Ellis t~ approve the minutes <br />as read. Motion carried 4-0.
