ORDINANCE #17-07 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF ROADWAY EASEMENT FOR PUMA <br />STREET. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described dedicated road easements as indicated by Exhibit A attached hereto are <br />hereby vacated, to -wit, contingent upon recording of the Plat entitled RIVERSTONE ADDITION: <br />That part of the East 33.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, lying southerly of the North 120.00 feet and northerly <br />of the northeasterly right-of-way line of Burlington Northern Railroad. <br />Said easement vacation becomes null and void if the Plat entitled RIVERSTONE ADDITION is <br />not recorded. <br />The following described dedicated road easements as indicated by Exhibit B attached hereto are <br />hereby vacated, to -wit, contingent upon recording of the Plat entitled BUNKER LAKE <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK: <br />That part of Puma Street NW, as dedicated and delineated on ALPHA DEVELOPMENT, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota lying south of the <br />westerly extension of the southerly right of way of Bunker Lake Boulevard as dedicated <br />and delineated on said plat of ALPHA DEVELOPMENT. <br />-AND- <br />All of the drainage and utility easement, as dedicated and delineated over Outlot B, <br />ALPHA DEVELOPMENT, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Said easement vacation becomes null and void if the Plat entitled BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK is not recorded. <br />
