DEDICATION OF PARK LAND BY DEVELOPERS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARK <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: <br /> <br />Information: The Park Board when reviewing plat should review <br />them in accordance with Park Comprehensive Plan. 2 problem <br />c.an~ up with the proposed Meadowbrook Estates where it was <br />recon~nended that park land be dedicated on one side of Trott <br />Brook with a scenic easement on the other side of the brook. <br />The City Council was disturbed with this type of action and <br />accordingly will not give preliminary plat approval until the <br />owners of the proposed Meadowbrook land comply with the City's <br />Comprehensive Park Plan. <br /> <br />Con~nent: In view of the above and to be consistent with your <br />comprehensive park plan, the Park board should state in their <br />minutes why they vary from their plan so that the Council and <br />P&Z are ~ognizant of their reasoning. <br /> <br />10.
