ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) conducted a regular meeting on <br />January 14, 2002, at Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Susan Anderson <br />Lydia Scheiber <br />Chris Riley <br />John LeTourneau <br />Gerry Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: Julie Blaha <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />James E. Norman, City Administrator <br />Megan Wald, Community Development Assistant <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Riley called the regular Economic Development Authority meeting to order at 7:05 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Member LeTourneau, seconded by Member Scheiber, to approve the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members, Anderson, Scheiber, LeTourneau, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: Members Blaha <br /> <br />EDA BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Update on State Highway #10 Projects <br /> <br />Community Development Assistant Wald reviewed three current projects located off of State <br />Highway #10. Darkenwald has decided to move forward without any TIF assistance from the <br />City of Ramsey due to the information released from MnDOT regarding the future of State <br />Highway #10. The Darkenwald project will consist of subdividing two lots at this time and an <br />outlot to be designated for future development. MinnDak will be the first business located in the <br />proposed West Ramsey Industrial Park. <br /> <br /> <br />
