BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The R~msey Loard of Adjustment conducted a pnblic hearing on Tuesday, <br />December 6, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.: <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, regarding Mr. Peter Barthold's request for a variance to <br />construct an accessory structure in front of the principal structure and to <br />exceed the 16 foot height limitation. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />~ITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Peter Barthold and Mr. and Mrs. Jake Barthold were present. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input offered. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Howell to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Terry, Holm, Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue.
