ORDINANCE #17-20 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL CLOSING TIMES LICENSE OF ON-SALE <br /> INTOXICATING LIQUOR DURING THE 2018 NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE SUPER BOWL <br /> GAME AT U.S. BANK STADIUM <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> 2017 MN H.F. 1, Art. 11, §19, provides the authority for the City to issue special on-sale intoxicating liquor <br /> licenses during the 2018 National Football League Super Bowl at U.S. Bank Stadium to allow for the service of <br /> alcohol through extended hours lasting until 4:00 a.m. <br /> SECTION 2. CONDITIONS <br /> The following conditions shall apply to the on-sale intoxicating liquor license to allow extended hours of service <br /> of alcohol until 4:00 a.m. <br /> a. Only holders of an existing on-sale intoxicating liquor license or 3.2 malt liquor license issued by the City <br /> are eligible and shall only be issued upon approval of the City. <br /> b. The license shall only be effective during the period from 8:00 a.m., February 2, 2018 through 4:00 a.m., <br /> Monday, February 5, 2018. <br /> c. At 4:01 a.m., February 5, 2018, the license shall expire and terminate with no further action required by <br /> the City. <br /> d. The license shall be subject to the conditions,prohibited acts and penalties set forth in Minn. Stat. Chapter <br /> 340A and City Code Chapter 6. <br /> e. Application shall be in a form prescribed by the City with a license fee of$100. <br /> SECTION 3.
