Each year the Ramsey Economic Development <br /> Authority selects a local business to receive the Business of the Year award based on their <br /> exemplary standing in the following categories: length of tenure in Ramsey,number of employees, <br /> community involvement, and for being unique and innovative. Zero Zone will be presented with <br /> the 2018 Ramsey Business of the Year Award on Tuesday,August 7 at the Ramsey EDA Business <br /> Appreciation Event. You can look for Zero Zone as Grand Marshal in the upcoming Happy Days <br /> Parade on Saturday, September 8. Please join us in congratulating them on their achievement! <br /> City Board and Commission Interviews. Interviews will be held on Tuesday, March 20, in the <br /> Lake Itasca Room beginning at 6:30 p.m. There are five new applicants to interview. The number <br /> of vacant or expiring seats are as follows: One on the Economic Development Authority, one on <br /> the Environmental Policy Board, one on the Park and Recreation Commission, and three on the <br /> Planning Commission. Three current members with terms ending March 31, 2018 are seeking re- <br /> appointment. <br />
