• <br />• <br />Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 01 -01 -024 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Business Warehouse District <br />for development purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer ", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />The west 995.00 feet, as measured at right angles, of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />except that part thereof described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner thereof; <br />thence North 88 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds West, along the south line thereof, a <br />distance of 499.06 feet; thence North 88 degrees 15 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of <br />500.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 46 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of 30.00 feet <br />to the point of beginning; and further excepting that part of Industry Avenue Northwest as <br />shown on Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 8. <br />AND <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwest comer thereof; thence South 1 degree 23 minutes 53 seconds <br />West a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 88 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds East a <br />distance of 430.00 feet; thence North 19 degrees 40 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of <br />210.26 feet to the north line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34; thence west along the <br />north line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34 a distance of 495.94 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />- or upon recording — <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5. <br />AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat on January <br />23, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied as part of the Tax Increment <br />Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey and the individual developers of each lot. <br />
