• • Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 01 -01 -024 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5. WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Business Warehouse District for development purposes; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer ", has properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The west 995.00 feet, as measured at right angles, of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota except that part thereof described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner thereof; thence North 88 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds West, along the south line thereof, a distance of 499.06 feet; thence North 88 degrees 15 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 500.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 46 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning; and further excepting that part of Industry Avenue Northwest as shown on Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 8. AND That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest comer thereof; thence South 1 degree 23 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 88 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 430.00 feet; thence North 19 degrees 40 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 210.26 feet to the north line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34; thence west along the north line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34 a distance of 495.94 feet to the point of beginning. - or upon recording — Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5. AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat on January 23, 2001; and WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied as part of the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey and the individual developers of each lot.
