Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01 -01 -025 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0546 RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 6100 INDUSTRY AVENUE NW WHEREAS, Transwest, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant ", has properly applied for an Interim Use Permit to utilize a temporary office structure on the property generally known as 6100 Industry Avenue NW and legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota ( "Subject Property "). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on November 8, 1999, and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 2. That the subject property is located in the Industrial District and is approximately 2.5 acres in size. 3. That the surrounding parcels on the east, west and south are zoned Industrial and the property is bounded on the north by Industry Avenue. 4. That on July 27, 1997, the City Council issued an interim use permit to the Subject Property for the utilization of temporary office structure and said permit expired on August 1, 1998. That on October 27, 1998, the City Council issued a second interim use permit to the subject property for the utilization of a temporary office structure and said permit expired on September 30, 1999. 5. That the applicant is requesting continued use of the temporary office structure on the Subject Property until October 31, 2003, the termination of Transwest's lease of the Subject Property. 6. That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or from the subject property. 11 7. That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working in the area.
