Tuesday, January 29, 2019, 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Ramsey Police Department will be <br />participating in "Tip -A -Cop" benefitting Special Olympics Minnesota at Acapulco Restaurant, <br />7988 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey. Officers will be volunteering their time to help Acapulco staff <br />serve dinner. All tips collected will be donated to Special Olympics. We hope to see you there! <br />Council Update <br />Notice of Candidate Filings for Office — Councilmember At -Large Seat. The Candidate filing <br />period for the City Councilmember At -Large seat will be open between Tuesday, January 15,2019, <br />and Tuesday, January 29, 2019, during office hours. All candidate filings must be received by <br />Tuesday, January 29, 2019, 5:00 PM. Term for this seat ends January 2021. Filings will be done <br />in the Administration Department, Ramsey City Hall, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN <br />55303. To date, the City has received two Affidavits of Candidacy: Mr. Jeffrey Menth and Mr. <br />Richard Wulf. <br />Last Week to Recycle Your Holiday Lights. Discovered old or broken strands of lights while <br />decorating your home for the holidays? Rather than tossing your old strings of lights in the <br />garbage, bring them to the Ramsey Municipal Center during regular business hours (Monday — <br />Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm) to recycle them for free!
