Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 19-020 <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S ANNUAL <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator's annual 360 degree Performance Evaluation was <br />completed; and <br />WHEREAS, the results were compiled and the Mayor and City Administrator met to <br />discuss the results of the evaluation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on December 11, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council concluded, by consensus, that Mr. Ulrich's performance <br />meets expectations; and <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich's performance <br />evaluation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution 419-020 accepting Mr. Kurt Ulrich's annual performance <br />evaluation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
