oRDINANcE NO. 05-02 CITY OF RAMSEY " ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-46 WHICH ORDINANCE ESTABLISHES PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. PURPOSE The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Ordinance No. 04-46 which is an ordinance establishing tile Permit Fees, SerVice Charges and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in year 2005. This is known as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. SECTION 3. AMENDMENT Section 3 of Ordinance No. 04-46 is amended as follows: The 2005 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is amended to provide that for all lots within plats recorded With the Anoka County Recorder's Office between January 1, 2004 and December 31, 2004, the Utility Rates/Sewer Rate Connection Charge/Residential Equivalent shall be $1,100.00 per residential unit and the Utility Rates/Water Rate Com~ection Charge/Residential Equivalent shall be $1,862.00 per residential unit. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effectiVe 30 days aft.er its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04. SECTION 5. 2005. City/Clerk ....
