ORDINANCE NO. 05-04 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA cOUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHOr:ZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has det~ermined lis no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the folloWing legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Outlots B and C, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />That part of Outlot W, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, that lies withinthe following described property: <br /> <br />The East 100.00 feet of the West 160.00 feet of the North 174.00 feet of the <br />South 217.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section <br />28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and <br />terms upon which the above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
