ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Monday, April 3, 2006, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met in the Conference Room <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Board Member Jon Olds <br />Board Member Bob Sibilski <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Michael Max <br />Board Member Ron Hustvedt <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning & Recycling Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Environmental Specialist Bruce Bacon <br />City Council Liaison Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Olds and seconded by Board Member Freeburg to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Bentz, Freeburg, Olds and <br />Sibilski. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Hustvedt and Max. <br /> <br />Board Member Bentz asked if it would be possible to make a presentation at the April 14, 2006 <br />City Council meeting for a six month review of the wetland buffer ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Member Strommen concurred that it might be a good time to discuss the EPB work <br />plan. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated the agenda could be amended at the end of the meeting to discuss <br />other possible subjects to present at a future City Council meeting <br /> <br /> Environmental Policy Board / April 3, 2006 <br /> Page 1 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
