The City of Ramsey regularly tests the City's municipal water supply. We recently
received the Consumer Confidence Report results from the Minnesota Department of Health
(MDH). The test results showed that two of the City's eight wells tested above the recommended
manganese guidelines for bottle-fed infants. Two more tested above the recommended manganese
guidelines for bottle-fed infants, children and adults. Because of this, the City is hosting an Open
House for residents to learn more about manganese in the City water supply on Thursday,May 30,
from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the Lake Itasca Room of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood
Drive NW.
