HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CLOSED PORTION) <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Housing and redevelopment Authority conducted a Closed Session meeting on Tuesday,April <br /> 3, 2012, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Chairperson Colin McGlone <br /> Commissioner Randy Backous <br /> Commissioner David Elvig <br /> Commissioner Bob Ramsey <br /> Commissioner Sarah Strommen <br /> Commissioner Jason Tossey <br /> Commissioner Jeffrey Wise <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Also Present: Deputy City Administrator/HRA Exec. Dir. Heidi A. Nelson <br /> City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br /> Development Manager Darren Lazan <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> Chairperson McGlone called the Closed Session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority to order at 8:28 p.m. <br /> CLOSED PORTION: <br /> 5.01: Consider Proposed Use for the NE Quadrant of Sunwood Drive and Center Street <br /> (closed to the public) <br /> The discussion related to the NE quadrant of Sunwood Drive and Center Street and talking about <br /> a structure with Northgate Church. The closed session will be tape recorded and that tape will be <br /> maintained for a period of eight years. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Elvig and seconded by Commissioner Backous to open the meeting back <br /> up to the public. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The closed portion ended at 9:08 and was opened back up to the public at that time. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> HRA—April 3,2012—Closed Portion <br /> 2 pages <br />
