Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Fire Chief/Director of Public Works Dean Kapler <br />Principal City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Street Supervisor Grant Riemer <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the Public Works Committee to order at <br />6:10 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: B & B Carpet-Ramsey Professional Building Access Issue <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained that this is a project the City has been working on for about a <br />year. In November the City signed a purchase agreement to acquire a 42 foot wide frontage road <br />easement and a 32 foot wide utility easement in the back of the property as well as receiving fight <br />of access on the property for a cost of $30,000, as well as the construction of utilities for a total <br />cost of $46,113. $23,000 of the $30,000 was to be paid to Amcon to assist in moving the access <br />to the joint property line. Since then staff has been working with B & B to resolve some of their <br />issues.
