• <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -01 -022 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99 -67 (STORM SEWER TO THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER <br />STORMWATER SUBDRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted September 28, <br />1999, a report has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project #99 -67 (Storm Sewer to the Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage <br />District No. 1); and <br />WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 25, <br />2000, which indicates the total project cost to be $391,100. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of storm sewer to the <br />Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage District No. 1 in accordance with the report <br />and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 444. <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of <br />February, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
