• <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -01 -015 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF SYLVIA FROLIK TO <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR. <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Director resigned from her position <br />effective October 22, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, Sylvia Frolik filled in as the interim Community Development Director <br />since the position was vacated; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik be appointed Community Development <br />Director, effective January 11, 2000. <br />2) That in her new position as Community Development Director, Ms. Frolik will be <br />compensated at an annualized rate of $60,325. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
