<br />Councilmember Menth introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF GARDEN VIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , DC Ramsey, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer,” properly applied for <br />Preliminary Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot E and Outlot D, Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City has received an Application for Preliminary Plat Approval for <br />Garden View Villas, which includes eighteen (18) residential lots; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Subject Property is located in the R-2 Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Developer has proposed 50 foot-wide lots consistent with the <br />requirements of the R-2 Residential (Detached Villa) District requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on June 4, 2020; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission met and held a public hearing for the Preliminary <br />Plat on July 9, 2020 and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat on July 28, 2020; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval for Garden View <br />Villas in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />a.Compliance with the Staff Review Letters. <br /> <br />b.Compliance with all Staff Review Comments in ProjectDox. <br /> <br />c.Contingent upon final approval by City Engineer. <br /> <br />d.The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />e.Approved wetland delineation and 16.5 foot setback encumbered by easement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
