Record ID 1530635 197358O.OO3 i;oard Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION/405-01-002 A I/ESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE WILD AND SCENIC OVERLAY DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Fclco Properties and Riverside Companies has properly applied for a variance to maximum impervious surface restrictions established in the Wild and Scenic Overlay l)istrict on the property legally described as follows: ()utlot A, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota z~lt (_t Outlet B, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (thc "Subject Property") WtiEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on January 6, 2005, conducted the public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows Based on Findings of Fact fl0712, a variance to the maximum impervious surface restrictions established in the Wild and Scenic River Overlay District is hereby granted, contingent upon certification from the Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources. ~) qlmt thc Permittee shall not exceed impervious surface lot cover, which includes building and pavement area, of more than 55% for the Subject Property and as reflected on the Site Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson dated December 29, 2004 and EM Branstrom Associates Architects Inc. dated December 28, 2004. q'hc property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. No building permit for the structures shall be released by the City of Ramsey without certification of the variance by the Department of Natural Resources in accordance with procedures established in Section 9.23.06 (Scenic River District I'mvisions) of the Ramsey City Code.
