Record ID 1530635 <br /> <br />197358O.OO3 <br /> <br />i;oard Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION/405-01-002 <br /> <br />A I/ESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO IMPERVIOUS <br />SURFACE RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE WILD AND SCENIC OVERLAY <br />DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Fclco Properties and Riverside Companies has properly applied for a <br />variance to maximum impervious surface restrictions established in the Wild and Scenic Overlay <br />l)istrict on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />()utlot A, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />z~lt (_t <br /> <br />Outlet B, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(thc "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WtiEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on January 6, 2005, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact fl0712, a variance to the maximum impervious surface <br />restrictions established in the Wild and Scenic River Overlay District is hereby granted, <br />contingent upon certification from the Commissioner of the Department of Natural <br />Resources. <br /> <br />~) <br /> <br />qlmt thc Permittee shall not exceed impervious surface lot cover, which includes building <br />and pavement area, of more than 55% for the Subject Property and as reflected on the Site <br />Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson dated December 29, 2004 and EM Branstrom <br />Associates Architects Inc. dated December 28, 2004. <br /> <br />q'hc property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction. No building permit for the structures shall be released by the City of <br />Ramsey without certification of the variance by the Department of Natural Resources in <br />accordance with procedures established in Section 9.23.06 (Scenic River District <br />I'mvisions) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
