Due to <br />the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is not practical and prudent for all members of this board to attend in <br />person. Current Minnesota law requires certain social distancing standards that impacts the <br />capacity of the Council Chambers. For those at highest risk, it is advised to isolate themselves <br />from the general public. For these reasons, it is not practical and prudent to have this meeting <br />exclusively in person.
