FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Thc Ramsey Fire Department conducted a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 11, 2001, at <br />Ramsay Vire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chic£ Kepler called the regular meeting of the Ramsey Fire Department to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />There were fifteen fire fighters in attendance. There were no additions to the agenda. <br /> <br />Today is f:irefighter Sinner's last day with the Department. He is moving to Isanti on July 28~ <br />and will start with the Isanti Fire Department in August. The Department wished him well. <br /> <br />MONTI ILY REPORTS <br /> <br />77~A INING <br /> <br />Officer l,cmm reviewed the Training Report. <br /> <br /> June training included the Chief's Pump Drill, Medical Emergencies and Hose Test. Hose <br /> testing went very well, it was completed in record time. <br /> <br />· July training will include hosting North Metro Mutual Aid Association, Patient Assessment, <br /> and Company A verses Company B competition. <br /> <br />· Makeup of mandatory drills will take place after the business meetings beginning in August. <br /> August will be the Hazmat Drill and September will be Agility Testing. <br /> <br />MA./OR MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Officer Weiss reviewed the Major Maintenance Report. <br /> <br />· Thc generator on Rescue #1 has been repaired. The manufacturer will pay for the repairs. <br /> <br />° Rescue #1 is at J-Craft for service bodywork. Looking at August 1~t for an in-service date. <br /> Rescue #2 needs to go to Elk River for front-end work. <br /> <br /> The shoot on Tanker #2 is being re-fabricated by the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />· Twenty gallons of foam was received and used and another 20 gallons was ordered. <br /> <br /> <br />
