The 2022 wage range is $88,334 to $110,417 annually. The Planning Manager <br />is to manage the operations of the Planning Division; supervise planning, environmental <br />and clerical functions and staff; oversee the long range planning and implementation of the <br />Comprehensive Plan; provide professional planning advice to the City Council; and to <br />perform a wide range of tasks at the verbal or written direction of the Deputy City <br />Administrator/Community Development Director or City Administrator. This position <br />closes at 11:59 pm on Monday, February 21, 2022. <br />• Parks Maintenance Worker — This is a full-time position that will provide general <br />maintenance of city -owned parks and trail systems. Responsibilities include all aspects of <br />park maintenance, construction of new facilities and the operation of equipment while <br />working in a variety of weather conditions. This position will also be involved in snow <br />plowing of public streets, trails and walks. Must possess a Commercial Driver's License <br />(Class A or B) with both air brake and tanker endorsements. The 2022 rate of pay is <br />$24.389/hour and has paid leave benefits (sick, vacation & holidays). This is an AFSCME <br />union position. Snow piled close <br />to hydrants restricts operation during a fire emergency. <br />After a snowfall, the Public Works Department is <br />responsible for clearing snow from City streets. Depending <br />on the amount and type of snow, this could take several <br />days. The City is requesting your help in keeping our fire <br />hydrants accessible. Please clear a four -foot circle around <br />the hydrant near your home to ensure easy access for our <br />Fire Department.
