Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-004 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING NEW DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br /> RELATED TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION AND BUILDING EXPANSION <br /> PROJECT FOR CULLINAN RIGGING AT 6815 McKINLEY STREET NW <br /> WHEREAS, O'Cullinan Properties, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br /> applied for an Administrative Subdivision involving the following described properties located <br /> inthe City of Ramsey: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1 EBONY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> AND <br /> The East 1/2 of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township <br /> 32,Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the <br /> Southwest 1/4;thence South along the West line of the said East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of <br /> the Southwest 1/4, 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angles 11 <br /> feet; thence South at right angles 264 feet; thence West at right angles to the West line of <br /> said East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest Quarter; thenceNorth along said West <br /> line to the point of beginning. <br /> (the `Subject Properties'); <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application for an Administrative <br /> Subdivisionfrom the Developer on December 10, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, new drainage and utility easements are proposed along the new common lot <br /> line between the Subject Properties and along the eastern and western boundaries of Parcel A, as <br /> outlined in Exhibit A, which is being transferred from Molin Concrete Products Company to <br /> O'Cullinan Properties, LLC. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the proposed drainage and utility easements <br /> as shown on the plans prepared by Hakanson Anderson and dated September 15, 2021 and <br /> as outlined in Exhibit A below, contingent upon successful adoption of Ordinance 422-02. <br />
