ORDINANCE#22-11 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING SECTION <br /> OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY,MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 117-1 (DEFINITIONS), 117-114 (B-1 <br /> GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT), 117-115 (B-2 HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT), <br /> 117-116 (E-2 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT), 117-117 (E-i EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT), <br /> 117-118 (THE COR DISTRICT), 117-119 (MIXED USE PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (MU-PUD) DISTRICT), 117-120 (HIGHWAY 10 BUSINESS <br /> DISTRICT), 117-121 (B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT), 117-124 (E-3 EMPLOYMENT <br /> DISTRICT), AND 117-125 (NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT) OF THE CITY <br /> CODE OF RAMSEY,MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br /> Ramsey. <br /> SECTION 2. AMENDMENTS <br /> Section 117-1. —Definitions shall be amended to include the following (additions will be shown <br /> as addition): <br /> Brewery means a facility for a brewer who manufactures more than 15,000 barrels of malt <br /> liquor, as defined in Minn. Stat. §340A.101, subd. 16, for sale in a calendar year. <br /> Brewpub means a facility for a brewer who also holds one or more retail on-sale licenses <br /> and who manufactures fewer than 3,500 barrels of malt liquor in a year, at any one licensed <br /> premises, the entire production of which is solely for consumption on tap on any licensed <br /> premises owned by the brewer, or for off-sale from those licensed premises as permitted in <br /> Minn. Stat. §340A.24, subd. 2. <br /> Microbrewery means a brewery with a capacity to manufacture less than 15,000 barrels <br /> of alcoholic and nonalcoholic malt liquor in a calendar year. This definition does not <br /> include a brewpub. <br />
