Councilmember Howell introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-003 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT KNOWN AS RIVERSIDE WEST <br /> REARRANGEMENT <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. The City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final <br /> Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Lot 4, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 RIVERSIDE <br /> WEST(the "Subject Property") <br /> -Or upon recording- <br /> Lots 1-2, Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT <br /> (the `Subject Property'); <br /> 2. The City Council introduced Ordinance 422-01, vacating Dolomite Street right-of-way <br /> between Riverdale Drive and Highway and a portion of drainage utility easement on <br /> 6650Highway 10, on January 11, 2022. <br /> 3. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on January 11, 2022. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OFRAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat RIVERSIDE <br /> WEST REARRANGEMENT in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> a) Adoption of Ordinance 422-01; and <br /> b) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br />
