<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-005 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RIVENWICK <br />TH <br />VILLAGE 4 ADDITION <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. LGI Homes – Minnesota, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Developer” has an approved <br />th <br />Preliminary Plat for Rivenwick Village 4 Addition for the property legally described in <br />Exhibit A (the “Subject Property”). <br /> <br />2. That the City Council reviewed and approved the Development Agreement on January 10, <br />2023. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement (the <br />th <br />“Agreement”) for Rivenwick Village 4 Addition on the Subject Property contingent upon <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. The Developer enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />2. Final legal form approved by the City Attorney. <br />3. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Agreement. <br />4. Review and approval by City Engineer and City Finance Department. <br />5. Approved Final Plat and associated contingencies. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
