<br />Councilmember Howell introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-023 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THE FLINTWOOD TERRACE BOARDWALK SURPLUS <br />PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the boardwalk at Flintwood Terrace Park is no longer in usable condition and <br />not repairable and may be considered a hazard; and <br /> <br />th <br /> WHEREAS, on January 12, 2023 the Park and Recreation Commission recommended <br />the boardwalkâs removal without replacement; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That, the existing boardwalk within Flintwood Terrace Park be declared surplus property <br />and that staff is hereby directed to dispose of it in the most fiscally responsible manner <br />possible. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
