BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CITY OF RAMSEY
ANOKA COUNTY
STATE OF MINNESOTA

The Rarnsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on May 2, 2000, at the Ramsey
Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
(Ld5 ~¢r- ~ol'~ior'~ i~*'~ o~. He reviewed a sketch of the development and explained the apartment site twin
homes instead of the higher density apartments. They are keeping the same right-in/right-out on
C.R. #116 and the same access in the southwest.

Board Member Johnson asked how the twin homes would be buffered from C.R. #116.

Mr. Bulow explained there is a setback of 60 feet from the right-of-way, versus the normal
setback of 30 feet. This will be landscaped and he assumes it will be bermed.

Board Member Kociscak asked how many twin homes would be included in this.

Mr. Bulow stated they are proposing 28 to 30 units, which would be 14 or 15 buildings. He
mentioned the neighbors and the Council are more satisfied with this plan.

Board of Adjustment/May 2, 2000
