<br />Councilmember Specht introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-025 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF <br />“ARAA SUBDIVISION” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka-Ramsey Athletic Association, hereafter referred to as “Applicant,” <br />properly applied for Preliminary and Final Plat approval of the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Hy-10 Ramsey, together with that part of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, lying Northeasterly of <br />Northeasterly Right-of-Way line of Burlington Northern Railroad, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Hy-10 Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon platting: <br /> <br />ARAA Subdivision, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the proposed plat combines existing parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat meets all of the standards for the E-3 Employment zoning <br />district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the result of this final plat is a lot consolidation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary and final plat approval of “ARAA <br />Subdivision” in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Approval by the City Engineer; and <br />b) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney; and <br />c) Adoption of Resolution #23-027 vacating all existing drainage and utility easements on the <br />Subject Property with the intent of dedicating new revised easements on this plat. <br /> <br />2) That the applicant will enter into a development agreement with the City as prescribed by City <br />Code pertaining to development fees, park dedication, and financial guarantees. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
