Sylvia Frolik <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed <br />John Feges, Shorewalk, LLC <br />Kate Garwood, Anoka County <br />Commissioner Natalie Haas-Steffen, Metropolitan Council <br />Commissioner Dennis Berg, Metropolitan Council <br />Mayor Bjom Skogquist, City of Anoka <br />Bill Joynes, Springsted, Inc. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVEAGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec indicated the Shorewalk Development Sketch Plan will be moved up in the <br />agenda as Item No. 1 and the CMAQ Grant Process will be discussed as Item No. 2. <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as amended. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Shorewalk Development Sketch Plan <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director/liRA Executive Director Frolik reviewed that on <br />November 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan for Shorewalk presented <br />by John Feges of Shorewalk, LLC. The developer was proposing to develop the property as a <br />Planned Unit Development with 343 dwelling units; 71 single family and 272 townhomes.
