Councilmember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06-01-021 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jim Bonine was hired as a patrol officer on January 3, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Bonine has successfully completed a one year probationary period as a <br />patrol officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its January 10, 2006 meeting agreed with <br />staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Jim Bonine effective January 3, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Jim Bonine, effective January 3, <br /> 2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Conncilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
