Development Proposal <br /> <br />John Darkenwald, Darkenwald inc., explained that, six weeks ago, he acquired 18 acres along the <br />border of Elk River. The concept was to buy the property for investment and construct three <br />buildings on the property. After further investigating the property and meeting with a Planner <br />and the City Administrator, he was advised to explore the possibility of developing 30 acres if <br />T'IF assistance were to be made available. <br /> <br />John Dietrich, land planner with RLK, reviewed the location of the 18 acres and the location of <br />the additional l 1 acres. <br /> <br />City Council/July 11, 2000 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
