Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator, James E. Norman <br />Assistan' City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Community Development Assistant Megan Wald <br />Economic Development Consultant Mike Mulrooney <br />Economic Development Authority Member Ken Wagner <br />Economic Development Authority Member Chris Riley <br />Economic Development Authority Member Lydia Schieber <br />Economic Development Authority Member Julie Blaha <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session of the City Council to order at 5:40 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />#1: Economic Development Issues - Joint Session with EDA <br /> <br />a) Waste Management Property Proposal <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that Waste Management has not had the ability to sell their <br />land until a couple of months ago because ofa SCC restriction.
