The Personnel Committee <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at the <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Human Resources Representative Colleen Lasher <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Vice Chairperson Jeffrey called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:06 <br />p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Jeffrey, Mayor Ramsey and Councilmember <br />McGlone. Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider a Resolution Accepting the Resignation <br />Commission/Board of Adjustment Member <br />Human Resources Representative Lasher reviewed the staff report. <br />of a Planning <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to recommend that the City <br />Council consider accepting the resignation of Ms. Cleveland and direct staff to fill the vacancy as <br />part of the next annual boards and commissions recruitment, which is already underway <br />Personnel Committee / November 23, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
