Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Director of Public Works Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed <br />Management Intern Jason Schmidt <br />Larry Hillard, Skyline Pointe <br />Jeffrey Litlin, Skyline Pointe <br />Bruce Chalupsky, LHB <br />Tim Korby, LHB <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:02 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Sketch Plan for Skyline Properties <br /> <br />Management Intern Schmidt stated Skyline Pointe submitted a sketch plan to develop 59 <br />townhome units on 9 buildable acres located to the west of Nowthen Boulevard and to the north <br />of 151st Lane. The Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan at their February 2, 2006 <br />meeting. There were several concerns about the specifics of the proposed development with the <br />amount of townhomes being placed right next to single-family homes.
