RESOLUTION 79-20 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT (GORHAMTS SANDY ACRES SUBDIVISION). WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 9, 1979 with reference to the street improvement (tarvia surfacing) of the street contained in Gorham's Sandy Acres and other streets as shown herein: Waco St. N.W. between the line of 153rd Ave. N.W. and 150th Ave. N.W., Xkimo St. N.W. between the line of 153rd Ave. N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W., Yakima St. N.W. between the line of 153rd Ave. N.W. and 150th Lane N.W., Zuni St. N.W. between the line of 153rd Ave. N.W. and 151st Ave. N.W., 150th Ave. N.W. between the line of Waco St. N.W. and Xkimo St. N.W., 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Xkimo St. N.W. and Zunl St. N.W., 151st Ave. N.W. between the line of Yakima St. N.W. and Zuni St. N.W., Ail streets in Gorham's 3rd addition, WHEREAS, Council ordered the public hearing prior to receiving the engineer's report due to time factor. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all of the costs of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. The estimated cost will be provided prior to the public hearing to the citizen. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of May 1979 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 o'clock P.M. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. Further, the notice shall not be mailed or published until Council receives report on improvement costs. Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of April 1979.
