Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-10 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the <br />10th day of December, 1979, fixed a date for a council hearing on <br />the proposed improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Yolite Street N.W. lying between the North <br />and South boundary lines of the plat of Carol- <br />Rose Acres. <br /> <br />b) 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite <br />Street N.W. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the <br />plat of Carol-Rose Acres. <br /> <br />d) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street <br />N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and <br />the hearing was held thereon on the 29th day of January, 1980, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />Council resolution adopted the 29th day of January, <br />1980. <br /> <br />2) Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., is hereby <br />designated as the engineer for this improvement. They <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the making <br />of such improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
